All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated in real time based on your order details and destination, and are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We use carrier-calculated rates so you always see the most accurate cost for your shipment.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more. This threshold is applied to the order subtotal before taxes.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and service level selected at checkout, typically ranging from 2–7 business days after shipment.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping times may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will open a claim with the carrier and work to find the best resolution for you, which may include a replacement or refund.
